Everything on this website is general information about the practice and its services. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for a visit with a licensed clinician.
Using this website, calling or emailing us does not by itself create a clinician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when the practice has accepted you as a patient and you have had your first visit.
Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This website, our email address and our phone messages are not monitored for urgent needs. Calls and messages are answered within 48–72 hours.

You can reach us by phone at (872) 243-8886 or by email at kifahintegrativehealth@gmail.com. Regular email is not encrypted — please do not send medical details by email; call us instead.
The on-page assistant
The assistant on this website is automated. It answers only from information already published on this website, it cannot give medical advice, and its answers may be incomplete. It runs entirely in your browser: what you type is not sent to the practice or to anyone else. For anything about your own health, call us.
Insurance, service area and availability
Information about insurance, the communities we visit and appointment availability is general. Eligibility, coverage and scheduling are confirmed with you before a first visit. Self-pay patients can ask for a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but information may change without notice. Some photographs are licensed stock images that show representative scenes, not our patients or staff.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
